Is the new wave of artist, maintaining a Tinker Space for Steam Can Creative Work; where her art shares a world of experience, using tactile diversity and intrigue stimulating personal reaction in the viewer.        

She creates through: Sculpture, Hand Lettering: Gold/ Silver leaf, Airbrush paintings,  Video and Photography.

Her work is supported through private/corporate  commissions, with an extensive experience in grants.

She applies art to creating functional products and uses personal muse to speak through abstracted forms.

The work is personally hand-constructed, cueing a combined sensory experience. 

She is principally concerned with creating, learning, remembering, thinking, reading, communicating on a visual plane and connecting to conscious/unconscious mind.

Her personal work is grounded in academic studies.

She organizes through drawings and plans, considering the viewing space and function of every project, including  the clients considerations.  

Her work contains a visual language producing an experience concluded by the onlooker.

Vara holds a Masters Degree from the University of Plymouth in the UK, her work is award winning, and continually shown on a rotating schedule.

She works by commission or muse.

 Vara also maintains a principal position since 2000, in a welding and fabrication business called C&C Fabrication with a partner Chad Wilson.
